Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Boy . In this role, you will ensure our commercial kitchen appliances (like industrial ovens, steel counters, chillers etc) look spotless and presentable for B2B clients, architects, and chefs. You will also handle general hospitality, office errands, and basic administrative support.

An Office Boy for a commercial kitchen equipment showroom/Offic is responsible for maintaining the pristine appearance of high-end appliances, welcoming visiting hospitality clients, and supporting the sales team with daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Display Care

• Polishing and cleaning stainless steel kitchen equipment, display models, and glass panels daily to maintain a premium showroom look.

• Ensuring the floor, meeting rooms, and reception area are organized, dust-free, and welcoming.

• Checking that display lighting and promotional materials (brochures, price tags) are properly placed next to the equipment.

Client Hospitality

• Welcoming corporate clients, restaurateurs, hotel managers, and chefs upon arrival.

• Serving water, tea, coffee, or refreshments to clients and guests during sales consultations and product demonstrations.

• Assisting the sales team by guiding clients to the waiting area or specific product zones.

Logistics & Office Support

• Moving and organizing light equipment accessories, product catalogues, and marketing banners.

• Running outdoor errands, such as fetching items from the main warehouse, dropping documents to courier offices, or picking up urgent office supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma, Matriculation (10th pass), or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience in a retail showroom, commercial space, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.

• Skills: Basic understanding of how to clean and handle stainless steel surfaces safely without causing scratches.

• Communication: Polite, well-mannered, and able to communicate clearly in the local language and basic English.

• Personal Traits: Punctual, grooming-conscious, disciplined, and capable of handling physical showroom tasks.
