Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sincere and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and smooth working environment. The candidate will assist with basic office tasks, staff support, and general office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, desks, pantry, and meeting rooms.

• Handle office cleaning, dusting, and basic housekeeping tasks.

• Assist in photocopying, filing, and document delivery within the office.

• Manage office supplies like stationery, pantry items, and daily requirements.

• Support staff with small errands and day-to-day operational tasks.

• Assist in handling visitors and basic office coordination.

• Ensure proper opening and closing of office as per schedule.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Fresher can Apply)
  

Preferred:

• Local candidates preferred

• Prior experience in office support or housekeeping will be an added advantage
