Tea Sampling & Office Assistant – Sigma Tea⁠�

Position Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and sincere Tea Sampling & Office

Assistant to support our daily tea operations. The candidate will assist in tea sampling, preparation of tea tasting setups, packing of tea samples, couriery coordination, and general office assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and organize tea samples for buyers and clients

Assist in tea tasting and tea testing preparations

Pack tea samples carefully for courier dispatch

Maintain records of dispatched samples and courier details

Coordinate with courier services for timely deliveries

Support office staff in daily operational work

Arrange and maintain cleanliness of tea tasting and sampling area

Help in labeling, weighing, and sorting tea samples

Assist in stock handling and basic office documentation

Perform other day-to-day office and operational duties as required

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or above

Basic understanding of office work and handling materials

Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible nature

Ability to manage packing and dispatch work efficiently

Good communication andy teamwork skills

Prior experience in tea industry or office assistance will be preferred

Location: Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
