To scan office documents and maintain digital copies as instructed by the office staff.
To serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and office visitors when required.
To maintain cleanliness of the office premises including dusting of tables, chairs, files, cupboards, and office equipment.
To assist in banking related work such as visiting the bank for cheque deposits, withdrawals, or document submission as instructed.
To arrange, file, and maintain office documents properly in files and cupboards.
To assist in stamping, sorting, and organizing official documents.
To support office staff in day-to-day office activities whenever required.
To ensure that office work and small errands are completed on time as directed by the office manager or senior staff.
