1. Office Maintenance & Cleaning:
• Maintain cleanliness of desks, workstations, cabins, and common areas
• Ensure pantry area is clean, organized, and hygienic
• Wash, clean, and properly store cutlery and crockery

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, workers, and visitors
• Assist in serving refreshments during meetings and to guests
• Ensure proper hygiene standards in pantry operations
3. Stationery & Supplies Management:
• Monitor and maintain stock of office stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies
• Inform admin/management about shortages and assist in restocking
• Maintain proper storage of all supplies

• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic documentation tasks
• Assist in filing and organizing office records

• Serve refreshments during meetings
