Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping and Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Dust furniture, equipment, and office fixtures regularly.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and garbage.
Refill toiletries and hygiene materials in washrooms.
2. Pantry Management
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
Monitor pantry stock and inform the administration department about replenishment requirements.
3. Office Support
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
Deliver documents, files, and materials between departments.
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities.
Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
4. Courier and External Errands
Collect and dispatch courier parcels, letters, and official documents.
Visit banks, government offices, vendors, and other locations as instructed.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing courier items.
5. Asset Care and Maintenance
Ensure office furniture and equipment are properly arranged and maintained.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs required to the administration department.
Assist in shifting office materials when required.
6. Visitor Assistance
Welcome visitors and guide them to the concerned department.
Offer refreshments to guests and visitors.
Maintain professional behavior while interacting with visitors.
7. Compliance and Safety
Follow company rules, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
Ensure confidential documents and information are handled responsibly.
Adhere to grooming and uniform standards at all times.
