Daily responsibilities—
Office Supplies: Refill pens, paper, and staples as needed.
Restroom Maintenance: Make sure restrooms are clean and stocked with toilet paper and soap.
Office Lights: Turn on all office lights when you arrive in the morning.
Tai's Work: Ask Tai to complete assigned tasks for one hour.
Water Bottles: Refill water bottles for staff on both floors three times a day: at 10 AM, 3 PM, and 6 PM.
Cleaning: Dry the food basin area and arrange utensils after meals.
Outdoor Motor: Turn on the outside motor for 15 minutes.
Chair and Desk Check: Arrange chairs and desks, and make sure all systems are turned off within 15 minutes.
Water Tank: Check and refill the water tank by 5 PM daily.
Evening Office Lights: Turn on the outside office light at 6:30 PM when leaving.
Morning Office Lights: Turn off the outside office light at 8:45 AM when arriving.
Systems Check: Ensure all systems are turned off before leaving.
Tidy Up: Arrange all chairs and tables neatly before leaving.
Office Tidiness: Keep the office and common areas clutter-free and organized.
Lobby Cleanliness: Check the cleanliness of the entrance lobby every morning.
Other Responsibilities -
Device Check: Ensure printers, copiers, and other office devices are working properly.
Meeting Prep: Arrange furniture, set up projectors, and ensure all materials are ready for meetings.
Meeting Room Cleanup: Clean and organize meeting rooms after each use.
Guest Assistance: Welcome guests and help them as needed.
Media and Logistics: Handle DJ media printing and other logistics tasks.
Filter Check: Regularly check and refill the water filter without wasting water.
Postal and Banking Tasks: Handle postal tasks and go to the bank for document-related work if needed.
Purchases: Buy necessary office supplies.
Shoes Management: If shoes are left outside, ask people to place them in the stand inside.
Utilities Check: Monitor and fix any electricity or water wastage.
Document Packing: Handle any document packing needs.
Vendor Calls: Call vendors for issues with office AC, electrical work, or other maintenance.
Document Organization: Organize and label documents in the upper room properly.
Office Cleanliness: Keep tables, chairs, cupboards, windows, bookshelves, cubicles, and cabins clean and tidy.
Medical Kit: Maintain a stocked medical kit with items like Band-Aids, Dettol, Haldi, Crocin, Dollo, and any other recommended supplies.
Office Snacks: Purchase biscuits in bulk for office use.
Basin Area: Keep the basin area dry and hygienic.
Data Entry: Perform any required data entry work.
