Job Title: Office Boy

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.

• Ensure pantry items are stocked and organized.

• Deliver documents, files, and parcels within or outside the office as required.

• Purchase office supplies and other required items when instructed.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

• Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.

• Ensure drinking water, tea, coffee, and other refreshments are available throughout the day.

• Open and close the office as per company timings (if assigned).

• Maintain office furniture, equipment, and common areas in neat and orderly condition.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Admin/HR department.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging office materials when required.

• Follow company rules, maintain discipline, and perform duties responsibly.

• Carry out any other office-related tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager, HR, or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass .

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.

• Good hygiene and grooming.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to communicate politely with staff and visitors.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of office housekeeping.

• Time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Physically fit and active.
