We need a reliable and active Office Boy to manage daily office chores, keep the workspace clean, run local errands, and prepare hygienic meals, tea, and snacks for staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Cooking & Pantry Duties

• Prepare daily tea, coffee, and light snacks for employees and visitors.

• Cook basic, hygienic daily meals (e.g., lunch/snacks) as per office requirements.

• Maintain absolute cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/pantry area.

• Manage inventory and stock of grocery, tea/coffee, and pantry items.

Office Boy & Housekeeping Duties

• Clean and dust office furniture, equipment, and floors (sweeping and mopping).

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents.

• Support staff during meetings, conferences, and office events.

• Run local errands like bank deposits, office supply purchases, or mail drop/pickups.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as an office boy, helper, or basic cook.

• Knowledge of basic cooking, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.

• Active, polite, and well-behaved with a helpful attitude.

• Basic reading/writing skills to manage local bills and grocery lists.

• Punctual and trustworthy.
