Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Help to support daily office operations. The candidate will assist staff with routine office work, maintain cleanliness, handle documents, and ensure smooth day-to-day activities in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents
Deliver and collect documents within office or outside if required
Assist in loading/unloading office materials
Support office staff in daily administrative tasks
Maintain pantry and office supplies
Open and close office premises as instructed
Help in arranging meeting rooms and office setup
Requirements:
Basic reading and writing skills
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Good communication and helpful nature
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Prior office helper experience preferred
