Job Summary:
The Office Boy & Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with daily office tasks, and managing store inventory efficiently. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and proper handling of materials in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Boy Duties:
Maintain cleanliness of office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office arrangements.
Support staff in day-to-day administrative work.
Store Keeper Duties:
Receive, check, and store materials properly.
Maintain stock records (inward & outward entries).
Issue materials as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic reading and writing skills.
Ability to maintain records (manual or basic computer knowledge preferred).
Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
Good time management and discipline.
Ability to handle physical work (lifting, arranging materials).
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in office support or store handling preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Working Conditions:
Full-time role.
May require movement between office and store area.

Candidate should be punctual and trustworthy.
Should follow company rules and safety guidelines.
