• Ensure pantry supplies are well-stocked and replenished on time.
• Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings and office events.
• Maintain overall hygiene and cleanliness of common areas like the pantry and meeting rooms.
• Serve meals or snacks to designated teams or guests when necessary.
• Support in basic office errands and coordination tasks as assigned.
• Assist employees and visitors with general help and hospitality support.
• Report any maintenance or hygiene-related concerns to the Admin Manager promptly.
