Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to handle general office duties, outdoor tasks, and post office work. The candidate must know basic office procedures and be able to travel locally using a two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily office cleaning and maintenance

• Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents

• Deliver and collect documents from the post office, banks, and other locations

• Dispatch couriers and manage incoming/outgoing mail

• Purchase office supplies and other required items

• Assist staff with general office support tasks

• Maintain records of deliveries and receipts

• Ensure office materials are organized and properly stored

Requirements

• Minimum high school education

• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license

• Own two-wheeler preferred

• Basic reading and writing skills

• Honest, punctual, and responsible

• Familiar with local routes and post office procedures

Skills

• Time management

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions

• Basic knowledge of office work

Note: 2 wheeler and valid driving license.
