ऑफिस बॉय

The Peon is responsible for providing general support services to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role includes assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, handling files and documents, and performing routine errands as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, including rooms, corridors, and work areas

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Carry files, documents, and office materials between departments

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization

• Open and close office rooms as instructed

• Deliver and collect mail, parcels, and official documents

• Assist staff with basic office tasks as required

• Ensure office supplies are properly stored and replenished

• Follow office rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum education: Basic literacy (ability to read and write)

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory

• Physically fit to perform daily duties

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of office operations

• Polite and respectful behavior

Working Conditions
