Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Assist in moving files, equipment, and office materials
Deliver documents within the office or to external locations when required
Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by management
Open and close office premises as per schedule

Requirements:

Basic education (10th / 12th pass preferred)
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
