Key Responsibilities:
Delivering documents and packages within the office.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Managing and restocking office supplies.
Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.
Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.
Taking xerox copies and assisting in dispatch of couriers and postal covers
Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Coffee/tea making and serving
Local purchases
Attending bank works
Receiving guests and directing them to the concerned
Attending phone calls
