Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle errands such as delivering documents within or outside the office.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.
Manage office supplies and inform the admin about shortages.
Support other office staff in daily administrative activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Prior experience as an office boy or helper preferred.
Basic understanding of office routines.
Punctual, trustworthy, and polite behavior.
