The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, serving refreshments, handling office errands, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle incoming and outgoing documents, parcels, and courier services.

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

• Purchase office supplies and pantry items as required.

• Monitor and replenish office stationery and pantry stock.

• Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.

• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards.

• Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
