Job Title: Office Boy

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Gultekdi, Pune

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Office Boy to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and capable of maintaining office cleanliness, managing pantry services, and handling outdoor errands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office, including workstations, cabins,

meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and

visitors.

• Keep the pantry clean, organized, and ensure essential supplies are always stocked.

• Handle courier dispatches and collections.

• Purchase office supplies, pantry items, groceries, and other materials as required.

• Visit banks, vendors, government offices, or other locations for official work when

needed.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.

• Dispose of office waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.

• Support the Administration team with day-to-day office tasks.

• Ensure timely replenishment of office stationery and pantry supplies.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role preferred.

• Basic reading and communication skills.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Physically fit and willing to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks.

• Familiarity with local routes in Pune will be an added advantage.
