Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations at our metal manufacturing/trading company. The ideal candidate will assist office staff, maintain cleanliness, and handle basic errands to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantryServe tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitorsAssist with office filing, photocopying, and document distributionDeliver and collect documents within departments and to external locations when requiredSupport store/warehouse staff with small tasks related to metal samples, tools, or materials (as instructed)Handle basic errands such as bank visits, courier services, and supplier pickupsEnsure office supplies are stocked and inform management when items need replenishmentFollow company safety rules, especially when working around metal materialsRequirementsBasic literacy (able to read and write simple instructions)Physically fit to handle light lifting and movementHonest, punctual, and well-manneredAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyPrevious experience in an office or industrial environment is an advantage
