To provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and supporting the administrative team in routine duties.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry.
Ensure dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal are done regularly.
Assist in maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Office Support Tasks
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, filing, and delivering documents within the office or to nearby locations.
Manage pantry supplies and ensure timely replenishment of items.
Handle mail distribution and courier dispatches.
Support in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, water bottles, etc.) before and after meetings.
Administrative Assistance
Help the HR/Admin department in arranging office materials, stationery, and logistics.
Assist in simple clerical tasks like delivering files or collecting documents.
Support during office events, visits, and exhibitions (if required).
Miscellaneous Duties
Ensure lights, ACs, and other office equipment are switched off after office hours.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Minimum Education: 12th Pass
Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role preferred
Basic communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English preferred)
Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed
Good interpersonal and service attitude
