Maintain cleanliness of office, workstations & pantry area
Serve tea, coffee, water & refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands – photocopy, scanning, filing documents
Collect & distribute couriers, parcels & office mail
Assist in meeting room setup and basic arrangements
Support admin team in daily office tasks
Purchase office supplies / pantry items when required
Help with loading–unloading small materials or shifting files
Ensure proper stock of stationery & pantry items
Maintain hygiene & discipline inside office premises
