To maintain the pantry and office refreshment facilities in a clean, hygienic, and well-organized manner while providing timely pantry and beverage services to employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, utensils, appliances, and surrounding areas.

• Ensure adequate stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other pantry supplies.

• Monitor pantry inventory and inform the Admin/HR team when supplies need replenishment.

• Wash and maintain cups, glasses, utensils, and other pantry items.

• Support office meetings and events by arranging refreshments and required items.

• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in assigned areas.

• Handle pantry equipment carefully and report any damage or malfunction.

• Follow company hygiene, safety, and workplace discipline standards.

• Perform other pantry and office-support duties as assigned by the Admin/HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum education: 8th/10th standard preferred.

• Prior experience in pantry, housekeeping, office support, or a similar role is preferred.

• Good personal hygiene and a clean, presentable appearance.

• Polite, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain punctuality.

• Basic communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
