Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist in handling photocopying, filing, scanning, and document-related work.
Visit banks to deposit or collect cheques and handle other small banking tasks.
Purchase required office items or materials from outside when instructed.
Manage and organize pantry items and ensure regular stock of essentials.
Handle inward and outward couriers and mail distribution.
Support administrative staff in daily office operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
