Key Responsibilities
Office Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean and organized, including dusting, sweeping, and arranging furniture or supplies as needed.
Mail and Delivery Handling: Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and documents within the office and to external locations.
Errand Support: Run external errands such as bank deposits, post office visits, or picking up office supplies from vendors.
Clerical Assistance: Assist with basic filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks to support administrative staff.
Supply Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies (e.g., stationery, tea/coffee) and report low stock to the supervisor.
Message Delivery: Relay internal messages, serve refreshments during meetings, and provide general support to team members.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as assigned, such as setting up meeting rooms or assisting with event preparations.
