We are looking for a Office Boy to join our team at Eargs Learning Solutions Private Limited to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹15,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including desks, floors, and washrooms
Prepare and serve tea/coffee to staff at designated times (morning and evening)
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pantry area, including utensils and supplies
Perform deep cleaning of the office on a weekly basis (every Thursday)
Provide tea and refreshments to visitors in a courteous and timely manner
Handle basic office support tasks such as photocopying and printing documents
Assist in maintaining records/data of enquiries in an organized manner
Carry out end-of-day cleaning and closing activities
Ensure all electrical equipment (lights, fans, air conditioning, etc.) are switched off before leaving
Dispose of garbage regularly and maintain a clean and clutter-free office environment
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
