We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Boy to provide support with daily office operations, including general administrative tasks, client assistance, and office maintenance. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, polite, and able to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office spaces, including desks, meeting rooms, restrooms, pantry, and common areas.

• Refill water dispensers and ensure stock of office supplies such as tissue, soap, and beverages.

• Handle photocopying, filing, and organization of documents and paperwork.

• Assist in sorting and distributing office mail and deliveries.

• Support staff with office errands and ad-hoc tasks within the office premises.

• Manage office inventory and ensure supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.

• Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining office records, and scheduling appointments.

• Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services (e.g., cleaning, repairs, etc.).

Requirements:

• Basic communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Honest, punctual, and well-presented at all times.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, though not required.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Hours:
9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
