Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
Assist in handling office files, documents, and courier dispatch/receipt.
Support administrative staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing work.
Ensure timely replenishment of pantry and office supplies.
Assist during meetings and events (arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.).
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
