Job Description – Office Boy Cum Computer Operator

Position Overview

Creative Tools is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and computer-literate Office Boy Cum Computer Operator to support daily office operations. The candidate should be able to handle basic office work, computer tasks, office maintenance, and assist staff in administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.

• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document filing.

• Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and materials when required.

• Assist in office setup, stationery management, and inventory handling.

• Support staff in day-to-day operational activities.

Computer Operator Duties

• Operate computers and basic office software efficiently.

• Handle data entry, record maintenance, and document formatting.

• Manage emails, printouts, and digital file organization.

• Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and office documents.

• Work with scanning, documentation, and basic online tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality of office information and records.

Required Skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a professional environment.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.

• Basic knowledge of printers, scanners, and office equipment preferred.

Qualification

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass.

• Basic computer course certification preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Experience

• 0–2 years preferred.

Salary

• Salary: As per experience and skills.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Monday to Saturday.
