Job Title: Office Peon
Department: Administration
Reporting To: HR
The Office Peon is responsible for assisting in day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and support services to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
Deliver documents and parcels within and outside the office when required.
Support HR and administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Ensure availability of office supplies and report shortages to HR.
Assist during meetings and office events.
Basic education preferred.
Prior experience as an office peon or helper is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform support duties.
Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Basic communication skills
