Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, managing pantry services, and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to Directors, employees, and visitors. The candidate should ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment always.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean and maintain desk, cabins, meeting rooms.
• Ensure office premises are neat, clean, and presentable at all times
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to Directors, employees, and visitors
• Assist in arranging refreshments during meetings and official events
• Maintain pantry cleanliness and ensure proper housekeeping standards
• Refill drinking water bottles and ensure availability of drinking water
• Ensure cleanliness of the pantry, reception area, and Director's cabin
• Support overall office hygiene and cleanliness activities
• Follow office hygiene, safety, and discipline standards
Required Skills
