We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will handle basic clerical and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors.
Clean and maintain office premises including desks, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Collect and distribute documents, couriers, and other materials within or outside the office.
Monitor and restock pantry supplies and toiletries.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Support office staff in minor tasks as assigned (e.g., setting up meeting rooms).
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and washroom areas.
Handle simple errands such as going to the bank or market, if required.
Locking/unlocking office premises and ensuring cleanliness at the start and end of the day.
Requirements:
Prior experience as an office boy or similar role preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
Physically fit and able to lift light loads.
Punctual, trustworthy, and disciplined.
Basic knowledge of using office equipment (printer, copier) is a plus.
