Job Title: Office Boy

Department: Administration / Operations
Reporting To: Office Manager / Admin Head

Job Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling basic errands, and ensuring smooth functioning of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and common areas

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution

• Assist in opening and closing the office on time

• Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office as required

• Manage pantry supplies and inform admin for replenishment

• Support office staff with basic administrative tasks

• Ensure office equipment and furniture are kept clean and orderly

• Handle other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass preferred

• Prior experience as an Office Boy is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

• Good communication and polite behavior

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Skills & Competencies:

• Time management

• Basic understanding of office work

• Courteous and helpful attitude

• Reliability and attention to cleanliness

Working Conditions:

• Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)

• Office-based role
