Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff members, clients, and visitors as required.
Handle delivery and collection of documents, files, and parcels within the office and to external locations when needed.
Assist office staff with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing of documents.
Open and close office rooms, switch on/off lights, fans, air-conditioners, and other electrical equipment as per instructions.
Manage basic pantry activities and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
Support administrative staff in routine office tasks and errands.
Receive visitors, guide them to the concerned person, and maintain a polite and helpful attitude at all times.
Ensure office discipline and follow company policies and instructions strictly.
Perform any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
