Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Location: Ezhichur, Oragadam, Chennai

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with the right attitude can also apply)

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Job Summary

Alpha Enterprises is looking for a sincere, responsible, and energetic Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be willing to handle banking work, office purchases, document filing, and other administrative support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit banks for cheque deposits, cash deposits, and other banking work.

• Purchase office materials, stationery, and other required items.

• Handle document filing and maintain records.

• Deliver and collect documents from customers, vendors, and government offices when required.

• Assist with office maintenance and housekeeping coordination.

• Support administrative and HR activities as assigned.

• Assist in loading/unloading light office materials when required.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned office errands.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office files and storage areas.

Candidate Requirements

• 10th or 12th Pass.

• A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

• Own two-wheeler is preferred.

• Basic understanding of English.

• Must be able to speak and understand Tamil.

• Hindi-speaking ability will be an added advantage.

• Honest, punctual, and willing to travel for office-related work.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
