Role Overview

The Office Boy will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and housekeeping support. This role includes maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, assisting staff with routine tasks, and supporting office administration activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping & Office Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.

• Handle basic maintenance tasks and report repair needs.

2. Administrative & Office Support

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and documentation.

• Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages.

• Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (printer, photocopier, etc.).

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before sessions.

3. Errands & Miscellaneous Tasks

• Perform bank-related tasks such as cheque deposits, document collection, etc.

• Purchase office supplies or miscellaneous items when required.

• Support HR/Admin team for day-to-day tasks assigned.---

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.

• Prior experience as Office Boy/Office Assistant preferred.

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).

• Honest, disciplined, and well-presented.

• Ability to manage time and handle tasks responsibly.

Working Conditions

• Days: Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy).

• Timing: 9.30AM TO 7.00PM

• Dress Code: Formal/Neat appearance.
