Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Handle the incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Stock and manage office supplies; report shortages to the administration.
Help in arranging meeting rooms and setting up materials for conferences or team activities.
Support administrative staff with basic tasks and errands within or outside the office.
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.) and report issues as needed.
Run small errands such as depositing cheques, collecting documents, or purchasing required items.
