Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to handle day-to-day office tasks along with field-related work. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, be able to read and write in English, and be comfortable with coordination and document handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle basic computer work (Data entry, etc.)
Manage filing, scanning, and documentation
Visit banks, offices, clients, etc. for document collection and submission
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal team members
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Handle courier dispatch and receipt

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, email usage)
Ability to read and write in English (Not necessarily speaking English)
Good communication and coordination skills
Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy

Salary:

₹10k-15k per month (based on experience)
