About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist staff with basic tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (reception, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms).

• Make and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to staff and visitors as required.

• Assist in handling office errands such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.

• Manage and restock pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, water bottles, etc.).

• Help with office maintenance tasks such as arranging meeting rooms, moving items, or basic cleaning.

• Receive and deliver documents, parcels, and couriers within and outside the office.

• Support administrative staff in day-to-day clerical activities when needed.

• Ensure proper opening and closing of the office (lights, AC, doors, etc.).

• Handle small purchases or market work as instructed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass

• Prior experience as an office boy/housekeeping assistant (preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and office etiquette

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Polite, disciplined, and punctual

• Good communication and coordination skills
