We are looking for a Factory Helper to join our team at . Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹16000.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load/unload construction materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.
