Location: Multiple project and client sites
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)

About the Role

Gamlaa Bioscapes is looking for hardworking Labourers / Helpers to support landscaping, gardening, and site execution teams. The role involves lifting and moving plants, planters, soil, materials, and equipment, assisting gardeners and supervisors during site projects, and ensuring smooth execution of landscaping work.

This is a physically active role suitable for candidates who are comfortable working outdoors and handling heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities

Site Support

• Assist gardeners and supervisors in daily landscaping and gardening activities

• Load, unload, and transport plants, planters, soil, stones, fertilizers, and landscaping materials

• Help with site setup, material movement, and project execution

• Support planting, potting, shifting, and installation activities

Material Handling

• Lift and carry heavy planters, pots, bags of soil, manure, and other materials

• Assist in loading and unloading materials from vehicles

• Organize and stack materials safely at site locations

• Ensure tools and equipment are moved and stored properly

Transportation Assistance

• Assist drivers and site teams during transportation of plants and materials

• Help with vehicle loading and unloading operations

• Ensure materials reach designated locations safely

Site Maintenance

• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Remove debris, waste materials, and packaging after project completion

• Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines at all times

Candidate Requirements

• 0–5 years of experience in labour work, construction, landscaping, gardening, warehousing, logistics, or material handling

• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions

• Willingness to travel to different project sites when required

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, construction, or loading/unloading work is preferred but not mandatory
