We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Fluidfit Engineers Private Limited to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities

1. Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials, finished goods, and other items.

2. Production Support: Assist machine operators and production workers as instructed by the supervisor.

3. Housekeeping: Keep the factory floor, workstations, and storage areas clean and organized.

4. Material Storage: Store materials and tools in designated areas and maintain proper arrangement.

5. Packing and Dispatch: Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch.

6. Safety Compliance: Follow factory safety rules and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

7. Quality Support: Help identify damaged materials or defective products and report them to the supervisor.

8. Tools and Equipment: Handle tools and equipment carefully and report any damage or malfunction.

9. Waste Management: Collect and dispose of scrap and waste in designated areas.

10. Other Duties: Perform other factory-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Daily Duties

• Report to the supervisor at the start of the shift.

• Collect the required materials and tools.

• Complete assigned work as per instructions.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

• Return tools and unused materials to their proper places.

• Report material shortages, defects, or equipment problems to the supervisor.

Important: A helper must not operate machinery without proper training and authorization. These responsibilities align with standard production-helper duties.
