Job Title: Office Peon
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and reliable Office Peon to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and capable of handling general office housekeeping and routine administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises
- Dust and clean office furniture, equipment, and fixtures regularly
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors
- Handle outdoor office errands such as depositing cheques, visiting banks, courier offices, and other nearby locations as required.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and office supplies.
- Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and other basic office support tasks.
- Support office staff with miscellaneous day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management for smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an advantage).
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible with a positive attitude.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Physically fit and willing to perform indoor and outdoor office duties.
