Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients, supporting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.

• Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.

• Monitor vital signs and promptly report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and nursing best practices.

• Handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

• Ensure safe handling and management of medical equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Registration: Registered with the State Nursing Council.

• Experience: [Freshers/1+ years experience] in hospital/clinical settings preferred.

• Skills:

  • Excellent patient care and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts and weekends.

  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability.

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
