Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support doctors in treatment and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per doctor's instructions and nursing protocols.

- Monitor vital signs, administer medications / injections / IV fluids, and assist in procedures.

- Admit, assess, and document patient condition, treatment and progress.

- Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and emergency procedures.

- Maintain patient records, charts, and nursing documentation accurately.

- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed.

- Educate patients and families on medication, diet, and post-discharge care.

- Coordinate with doctors, lab, pharmacy, and other departments for smooth patient care.

- Handle emergency situations and provide first-aid / life support as required.

- Maintain proper handling of medical equipment and report any malfunction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institute.

- Valid Nursing Council Registration (TN / State Council).

- Good clinical knowledge, observation and communication skills.

- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.

- Compassionate, patient-focused and team-oriented attitude.
