Documentation: Maintaining accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records and charting care provided.
Collaboration: Working with doctors, other nurses, and support staff to coordinate holistic care.
Ward Management: Ensuring a clean, safe environment, managing supplies (drugs, linen), and overseeing ward routines.
Emergency Response: Providing urgent care and life-saving assistance in critical situations.
Leadership/Mentorship: Guiding junior staff, students, and nursing assistants.
