Job Description – Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs, health conditions, and progress.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.

• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and documentation.

• Ensure proper infection-control and hygiene practices.

• Handle and monitor medical equipment responsibly.

• Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication, and care.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing assistance.

• Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare staff.

• Maintain patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.

• Valid nursing registration/license as applicable.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused attitude.

• Ability to work effectively in shifts and as part of a healthcare team.
