We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join the leading Hospital in Thatipur, Gwalior, to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining patient records, and assisting doctors with medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Monitor patients’ vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and other routine health parameters.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and medical documentation.
Educate patients and their families about healthcare plans, medications, and general care.
Ensure proper hygiene, patient safety, and infection control standards.
Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
Observe and report changes in patients’ health conditions to the concerned doctor or senior staff.
Follow healthcare protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient-care environment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: GNM Certificate or B.Sc. in Nursing.
Experience: 0–6+ years of experience in Nursing / Compounder roles.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Strong observation, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts.
Additional relevant nursing certifications are an advantage.
