Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

• Valid registration with the respective State Nursing Council / Nursing Registration Authority.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

• Additional training or experience in neurological nursing, rehabilitation nursing, or critical care will be an advantage.

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant nursing experience may be considered.

• Experience in a Neuro Rehabilitation Center, Neurology Department, Stroke Unit, ICU, hospital, or rehabilitation facility will be preferred.

• Freshers with good clinical knowledge and a willingness to work in neuro-rehabilitation may also be considered.

Working Conditions

• Patient-facing clinical role within a neuro-rehabilitation environment.

• May involve rotational shifts and night duty.

• Requires assisting patients with transfers, positioning, mobility, and activities of daily living.

• Requires close interaction with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
