We're Hiring: Staff Nurse

Location: ProMed Hospital, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand, based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and identify nursing care requirements.

• Monitor vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

• Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and treatment charts.

• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication compliance, and post-discharge care.

• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment within the assigned nursing unit.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and report concerns to the medical team.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.

• Registered Nurse (RN/RM) with a valid Nursing Council registration.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers with strong clinical skills may also be considered).

• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
